Packaging and Delivery

Enjoy free shipping to Hong Kong, Macau and China when orders in an online store that reach or HK$500 or above. Each item will be placed ina beautiful jewelry box, and then packed and transported in a protective box to ensure that the product you have purchased is safe and beautiful to reach your destination.

Customers are responsible for any tax charges to be sent to the local area.

Duties and Taxes

Product price shown on website is exclusive of any and all applicable Taxes and Duties. Customer should be responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by country/region that you are shipping to. The courier will contact you locally with details of any import duty or additional handling charges to pay.

Return Policy

Please contact us within 7 days for any return request.  If we have agreed you are entitled to an exchange or cancellation of orders. We will contact you to make the arrangements.  The item must be found intact with original purchase condition with no damage in anyway, and all original packaging and accessories. 

To exchange a product, the product must be available to purchase on our eShop and its price must be higher or equal to the original order amount. You will have to pay the difference in price if the price of the selected product is higher. You may mail your return to us at your own cost and risk including any shipping fee, taxes and duties. 

For Refund, shipping and handling fee is non-refundable. Includes the order with free shipping discount, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Once we receive the returned products and determine that they satisfy return conditions, our Account Department will apply to the bank for refund. 

Please note, we are unable to refund your order if you do not follow the correct return instructions.  

All engraved, Made-to-Order products and promotion price / outlet products and labelled as "Non-refundable" /"Non-rechargeable" products cannot be returned or refunded.

In case of disputes, J&M Jewelry Store reserves the rights of final decision.
